How do I organise clips by creator or project?
3 min read · Updated October 30, 2026
Use one project per creator or show. Each project keeps its own videos, clips and rules, so nothing gets mixed up and each creator's instructions apply every time.

- One project per creator, show or campaign.
- Each project has its own campaign rules and instructions.
- Sources and clips live inside the project.
- The same moment is never clipped twice within a project.
Naming tips
- Name projects after the creator or campaign.
- Name runs after the video or date.
- Keep a note of the rules the creator gave you.
Plan limits
The number of projects depends on your plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Hobby, 10 on Clipper and unlimited on Pro.
